Dear North Kiteboarding customer,
Unfortunately, we have found out that if the fifth line is very dirty above the metal ring (e.g. if it is soiled with sand
and salt) it may not slip up as easily as it should and therefore delay the depower effect of the Iron Heart III.
However, this problem is easy to solve. Please watch the following video.
