ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ

Οι όροι συμμετοχής είναι πολύ απλοί. Στον διαγωνισμό συμμετέχουν όσοι πραγματοποιήσουν αγορές στο κατάστημά μας, από την Δευτέρα 22 Νοεμβρίου 2010 έως και την λήξη του διαγωνισμού, συλλέγοντας λαχνούς σύμφωνα με την παρακάτω κλίμακα.

·         Για αγορές από 70 € έως 149 €  , 1 λαχνός

·         Για αγορές από 150 € έως 299 €  , 2 λαχνοί

·         Για αγορές από 300 € έως 599 €  , 3 λαχνοί

·         Για αγορές από 600 € και άνω  , 4 λαχνοί
 

Ο διαγωνισμός λήγει την Τετάρτη 29 Δεκεμβρίου 2010. Ο μεγάλος τυχερός θα προκύψει μετά από κλήρωση που θα γίνει την ίδια ημέρα 18:00 στο κατάστημά μας, στην Λ.Συγγρού 314. Η κλήρωση θα είναι ανοιχτή και σας περιμένουμε όλους! Ο νικητής θα ανακοινωθεί και στο website μας, στους φίλους μας στο FACEBOOK και TWITTER και βέβαια στο WINDSURFING.GR

Ludertiz Namibia-October 28th, 2010 resulted in success for Team NASSP. Rob Douglas age 39 USA 55 has proudly and courageosly recaptured the Outright World Speed Sailing Record. Not only is theSwitchblade the fastest kite on the planet...it’s the fastest sailing device! In winds in excess of 45 knots, sand storms and sea spray surrounding him, Rob entered the Ludertiz Trench. A 13 foot wide, 2 foot deep man made specifically for this world record breaking attempt. With his 9m Cabrinha Switchblade, speed board of choice, and various body protection (not to mention balls of steel), Rob once again sailed into the annals of history with a World Record Speed of 55.65 knots (nearly 65 mph)! If sailing down a 13’ wide x 2’ deep trench at speeds over 64 mph sounds dangerous. It is! The added fact that to retain the water level to the minimum depth of 18cm as required by the WSSRC, organizers were forced to completely close the end of the trench with a wall of rocks and sand, makes the challenge obsurdly dangerous. Rob has the scars to prove how dangerous it can be. His second run was fouled during the finish and he fractured his right wrist. The NASSP Team decided to have Rob return to Boston, MA two days later to undergo surgery that left him with a titanium-reinforced wrist. However daunting this endevor may be to the common man, Douglas says “No one in the world has ever reached that speed with sail power. To be the best of something in the entire history of the planet is incredible, so I’ll defend the title for another year or two.”

FRA 192 wins the title for JP-AUSTRALIA

Antoine and JP totally dominate the FORMULA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Mendoza Argentina. The JP / Antoine combination seems un-stoppable again!
After winning the PWA 2009 Slalom World Cup by winning 6 out of 7 events, he now wins the Formula World Champion Ship by winning 7 out of 15 races and achieving two 2nd and two 4th places.
None of his competitors comes even close to him and he wins with a final score of 24 points while the guys in second and third have 51 and 55 points.

Already 3 days before the end of the event he was so far ahead of the fleet, that only in theory anyone could steal the title. And with the victory in the second to last race he convincingly sealed the bag to claim the Championship!

With Nicolas Warembourg (9th) and Damien Le Guen (12th) two more JP riders come home with a great result.    

The Champion ship actually did not start out that well for Antoine. He arrived only two days early straight from the Laureus Award in Abu Dhabi where he was nominated as the Actionsports Person of the year. He did not have much time to train on the brand new JP Formula board. Antoine also did not do any Formula racing at all in 2009. So, on the first day he finished with a 6th and a 12th place. But those should be the worst results for the whole event. He quickly became familiar with his board and the difficult conditions and from thereon dominated the event.      

Right after it was finally decided that he had won the event Antoine had the following to say: "I still can't believe it, I was really fast." 

Congratulation to Antoine for his unbelievable performance, as well as to Mike Zajicek and Werner Gnigler who developed the JP Formula 100.

The German SURF magazine tested THE FLY in cape town. Here are their comments about it:
With just 4 battens and 0.2 m2 less sail than the competition THE FLY is probably the most extreme in the test group. It's not only the lightest sail, it also feels on the water like a smaller sail than the competition. No other sail turns better in maneuvers, no other sail is better during top turns. In strong winds THE FLY with its 4 battens can be controlled properly and feels compact and cushioned in your hands. "With less power and more manouverability THE FLY can be sailed in the waves the way you like it... THE FLY is not only another good sail, it's a sail with better feeling, which sticks out from the crowd."

SURF Tip:
THE FLY is the perfect all round sail for people up to 80kg in Waves and Freestyle. Despite it's power the sail seems very neutral in the waves because of its feathery handling, no other sail rotates faster."

At Sunday the 31st of January the price giving for the athletes of the year of the Island of Margarita took place at the University of Margarita in the City of El Valle at the Island of Margarita. For the first time Yoli de Brendt could win the price for best female athlete. Winning every single national Windsurf Competition in 2009 and her third place at the Fuerteventura Worldcup and the fourth place overall at PWA in 2009 were reason for the Jury to announce Yoli de Brendt as winner.
In the male category the blind athlete Julio Hereida received the Trophy for winning two Gold Medails at the special Panamerican athletic Championchips in 2009

Now in it’s 59th year, the Museum’s historic ‘Good Design’ program was founded in Chicago in 1950 with the participation of early modernism’s most formable designers including Ecro Saarinen and Charles and Ray Eames and remains the oldest and the world’s most recognized program for design excellence worldwide.

For 2009, the Museum received a record number of entries from over 48 countries and submitted designs ranged from a NASA Manned Mars Exploration Vehicle to a Green Design Clean Water Filtering System for rural South Africa.

Earlier this month, the jury met in New York and found NeilPryde worthy of the Museum’s prestigious award.
